Boston Trip # 2

Day 2 we went into the city and went to the aquarium. I was not impressed. Besides penguins, this enormous turtle, and the shark, there was not much else to see (plus it was super crowded). Once you travel a lot you become pretty picky and know the good "ones" vs. the bad "ones.

We did a part of the Freedom Trail. This is where Samuel Adams signed the Declaration of Independence. I'm so glad my kids are getting to see these things. Lucky ducks they are. (we now need to see the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall in our own state)
Jude LOVED Kona. He was his best friend for the week.
We went and visited more friends, the Reis Family. The dad plays for the Revolution in New England and we met 10 years ago when Danny and Matt played together for LA. They have Jacob (4), and twin boys Christian and Weston (almost 1). We just hung out at their house, played in the water, etc..

This was a really great trip. It was super cheap too, which was awesome - drove (1 tank each way), stayed with friends, ate in a lot, and toured the city at no cost. Boston is a must see!
